Yes, we require a $39 deposit to book an appointment which will go toward the cost of your service.

Appointment cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours in advance. Missed or canceled appointments with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $39 fee

At this time, we unfortunately do not bill insurance. However, you can contact your insurance company to determine reimbursement. We will gladly provide you with your billing statement.
